October - December Fundraiser
Our recipient for the Oct-Dec 2023 fundraiser will be the Society of Women Engineers, Rocky Mountain Section.
Fundraising will begin October 1st, 2023 and run through about Dec 15th, 2023. All funds raised by my Twitch community will be matched dollar for dollar by myself on Dec 15th.
Donating to the fundraiser or making other financial contributions to our community will not increase your chances of winning any prize.
General Information
Users will accrue "points" by being in chat and watching live streams. Points may be given for participation in chat or other special events. Points can carry over month to month, and all previous points have been carried over from previous giveaway events.
Each user can choose whether or not to "reserve" points for the items described below, and can choose whichever items they actually want to receive.
Users should ONLY reserve points for items they actually WANT. If you have no desire for a LEGO kit, for example, you do not have to reserve any points for those items. If you REALLY want one particular item, you can reserve all of your points toward that one item to increase your chances of being drawn.

Winners only get ONE physical item
Viewers can reserve points for multiple items, but once a user is drawn for an item, that user cannot win any other physical item.
Coupon codes for cool3Dthings.com are digital items, they are excluded from this restriction.
If a physical item runs out of eligible users during the drawing event, it will be reserved for a future giveaway.
Drawing Date / Time
All prizes listed on this page will be given away during a live stream on Saturday, November 4, 2023, starting at 12pm Pacific Time / 3pm Eastern Time (USA timezones). (click that link for a countdown timer)Â
Users must fill out our registration form before the November 4th event or they will be marked ineligible for the giveaway.

Users DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT on November 4th to win. If you have reserved points, and your name is drawn, you win that item. A list of usernames will be added to this page as names are drawn. Winners will need to contact us via Twitch whisper to verify their account and then may have follow-up conversation with us via Twitch DM or email (ian@iandouglas.llc)
The only exception to the above is for the LEGO kits, where the first winner drawn who is present in chat will get to choose which kit and the other winner will receive the second kit.
During the November 4th drawing event, we may do another fundraising push to give away other small mystery items. All users present in chat will be eligible for these smaller prizes, even winners of bigger items. These mystery items generally have a retail price of about $5USD, and international users will be given a $5USD cash equivalent
Giveaway Items
This page will serve as the main detail page. Additional questions can be asked in the #giveaway-info channel on our Discord server.
Items will be shipped for free within the domestic United States. All other destinations will split the actual shipping cost to get the item to you, but any additional taxes, fees, levies, etc will be payable by the winner. Insurance and signature for delivery can be requested at the winner's expense.
If the winner does not want to split the shipping cost, they can request the "cash equivalent value" listed with each item.

Winners will get to choose the model of the hilt, a multi-color variation of the hilt, and a single color for the blade. Model will be printed in multiple filaments and/or painted/airbrushed.

Winner will get to choose the filament color for this enormous 4-foot-long flexible "Imperial" dragon by Flexi-Factory. It weighs close to 2 pounds when finished and uses about one full kilogram of filament. (the usual printed model is about 28 inches long)

The first winner drawn will get to choose "Luke's X-Wing Fighter" or the "TIE Bomber" LEGO kit. The second winner drawn will receive the alternate. If the first winner drawn is not present in chat, the second winner will get their choice. If neither winner is present in chat during the drawing, a random choice will be made on their behalf.

Lightsaber / Helmet Information
3D printed lightsabers are more for show than actual "swordplay" / sparring, etc. The plastic used on the collapsible blades is a little bit fragile and may crack if struck on another item, and could splinter causing injury. We don't recommend lightsabers are given to children who are unable to understand these risks.
3D printed helmets can be resized. If the winners want a "display" item that sits on a shelf, then we may not finish as much of the interior of the helmet. If the winner does want to wear the item, we'll need to work with you to get head measurements. We will do our best to ensure the helmet will fit, but as every head is different in size and shape we cannot guarantee that helmets can fit over any head.

Depending on how the fundraising efforts go in October, if we hit any of these milestones on or before Saturday October 28, 2023, the following additional prizes will be unlocked.

Legal Terms, etc.
Void where prohibited. Some places do not allow raffle-style giveaways. We will do our best to comply with all Colorado state and federal laws within the United States. Questions and comments are always welcome in our Discord server. Please post questions in the #giveaway-info channel
Users must be 18 years of age or older before reserving any points for items. Users must fill out our registration form before the November 4th event or they will be marked ineligible for the giveaway. All private information submitted on that form such as name, address, email, phone number, etc will be 100% erased in all formats after the giveaway event. Users who enter but do not win a physical prize will have their information deleted after the November 4th event. Users who win a physical prize will have their information erased once the item is shipped.
Entering the giveaway by reserving any quantity of points for any of the items will represent your agreement to all terms on this page and our registration page.
Reserving points for a giveaway item cannot be refunded or reversed for any reason.
Users suspected of using duplicate or alternate accounts to enter the giveaway will be completely disqualified with or without notice from the giveaway. These decisions are final.
Drawings are final, and at our discretion. 3D prints are final. No item may be returned for any reason. If a winner chooses a physical item, it cannot be returned later for the cash equivalent.
Free shipping will be offered for all items within the domestic United States. For all other locations, the winner will split the shipping cost and will also be fully responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes on the items. Once a winner chooses a physical item, no cash equivalent will be offered afterward if the winner changes their choice.
If an item is returned to us for reasons including but not limited to non-delivery, a bad address, or refusal to pay import taxes/fees/levies, etc., your prize will be forfeited.
If an international winner chooses not to split the shipping cost for a physical item, they can request the "Cash equivalent value" for the item they win. Cash equivalent money transfers will be made via PayPal from ian@iandouglas.llc. If you do not / cannot use PayPal, then no cash equivalent payment can be made. If you cannot cover shipping and do not use PayPal, then your item will be forfeited and possibly used in a future giveaway.
Domestic USA winners cannot request the cash equivalent.
Donating to the fundraiser or contributing financially to the giveaway will not alter your individual chances in any way. The exception here is that donations that reach a milestone may reward all viewers with additional points to reserve for items (if users so choose), which could increase their chance of having their name drawn. Users' chances may be influenced at our discretion for things such as, but not limited to, VIP status, how long they've been a follower on Twitch, or other factors at our discretion.
